Willard Ray Cocke

Willard Ray Cocke, age 82, passed away, December 23, 2020 at his residence in White Bluff, TN. He was a 42 year member of the International Union of Operating Engineers. He was also a cattle farmer for many years and enjoyed riding and caring for his horses throughout his retirement. Willard was born Feb. 11, 1938, in Dickson County, TN, to the late Chester and Loretta (Goodman) Cocke. He is survived by a son, Kerry (Tammy) Cocke of White Bluff, TN; a brother, Dennis Cocke of Fairview, TN; a sister, Sharon Reed of Dickson, TN; two granddaughters, Dawn Cocke (Robert) Rogers and Lauretta Jo Ashley Cocke. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a son, Willard Ray Cocke, Jr.; and brothers, Harold and Charles Cocke. Visitation will be Saturday, December 26, 2020 at the White Bluff Chapel from 2:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., and will resume on Sunday, December 27, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. until the time of service. Funeral services will be Sunday, December 27, 2020 at the White Bluff Chapel at 2:00 p.m.; burial will follow to Nosegay Cemetery in White Bluff, TN.
