Shirley Ann Crow, beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on April 29, 2024, at NHC- Lewisburg in Lewisburg, TN. She was born on February 12, 1937, in Dickson, TN to the late, Daniel White and Anna Alma (Trotter) Burns.

Shirley was a dedicated certified nursing assistant who served with compassion and care at NHC-Dickson from 1996 until her retirement in 2006. Prior to her tenure at NHC, she was known as a private caregiver, showing her nurturing nature extended beyond the workplace.

Described as ambitious, funny, sweet, feisty, and remarkably considerate of others; Shirley left a lasting impact on all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Family was the most important aspect of her life; she found joy in watching her grandchildren play and listening to the laughter of the little ones brought her utmost happiness. She also enjoyed dancing and spending time porch sitting.

In addition to her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by her children - Garry W. Crow, Jerry B. Crow Sr., Daniel L. Crow, and Dena R. Crow - along with her siblings: L.D. Burns, Irene Burns Helberg, Monroe Burns, Warren Burns, Beatrice Burns, and Gene Burns.  Shirley is survived by her son Terry K. (Margie) Crow; eleven grandchildren - Garrison W. Crow, Shea Perkins, Brent Crow, Jeremy Crow, Daniel Crow, Steven Crow Mary Crow Chelsea Crow Nicole Cardona Chasity Crow and Makayla Crow; as well as several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews who will continue to cherish her memory.

Shirley, along with her son Jerry Crow, Sr., will be laid to rest during a private family service.
