Sarah Elizabath Owens

Sarah Elizabeth Owens, age 74, passed away September 16, 2019, at her residence in Dickson, TN. Sarah was born December 28, 1944 in Davidson County, TN, to the late Jack Clinton and Violet M. (Vineyard) Curtis. She is survived by her husband, Joe Ray Owens, Sr. of Dickson, TN; two sons, Jack Clinton (Donna) Owens of Burns, TN, and Joe Ray Owens, Jr. of Perry County, TN; two daughters, Sherry Owens Price of Dickson, TN, and Taunya Lynn Owens of Dickson, TN; one brother, L.B. (Mary) Murphee Jr. of McEwen, TN; eleven grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Betty Tyson. Visitation is Wednesday, September 18, 2019 from 2:00pm until 8:00pm, and will resume Thursday, September 19, 2019 at 10:00am until the time of service at Dickson Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held from the Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home Thursday, September 19, 2019 at 2:00pm with Bro. James Hinkle and Bro. Matthew Hiett officiating.
