Lorene H. Polston

Lorene H. Polston, 90 years of age, passed to her Heavenly Father on May 13, 2023. 

Lorene was born February 16, 1933, in Williamson County, TN, to the late Louis James and Judy Ann (Mangrum) Hudgins. 

She was a God-fearing woman, who loved her family, church family and friends. She was a caring, gentle and loving lady. She liked gardening and vegetable canning. 

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Albert Edward Polston; son, Gary Albert Polston; grandson, Bobby Polston; and a brother, Fred Hudgins. Those left to cherish her memory are her two sons, Mark (Jane) Polston of Ashland City, TN and David (Lori) Polston of Winchester, TN; six grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren. 

Visitation with the family will be Tuesday, May 16, 2023, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., and will resume on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. until the hour of service at the Fairview Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home, 1750 Fairview Blvd, Fairview, TN 37062. 

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at the Fairview Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home with Bro. Dewayne James officiating. Interment will follow in Hudgins Cemetery in Fairview, TN.
