Laural Lea Hill

Laurel Lea Hill, 60 years of age, of Dickson, TN, passed away October 23, 2023, at her residence surrounded by her family.

She was born April 12, 1963, in Dickson County, TN, to the late William and Ann (Nelson) Welch.

Laural loved spending time with her grandchildren and family. Her grandchildren were “her world.” She was the property manager for TriStar Woods Mobile Home Community. She loved food, with Krispy Kreme Donuts being her favorite; and she enjoyed baking.

In addition to her parents, William and Ann Welch, she is preceded in death by her husband, Steve Hill.

Those left to cherish her memory are her two daughters, Sumer (Andy) Rawlings and Autumn (Derrick) Clark; grandchildren, Derrick Clark, Jr., Jamesen Bledsoe, Alexis Clark, Madison Clark, Maddox Clark, and Brantley Rawlings; sisters, Cindy Carlsen and Pam Douchane; sister-in-law, Patsy Adams; best friends, Lynn Bibee and Ginny Dearborn; and fur-baby, Wyatt.

Visitation with the family will be at Dickson Funeral Home, Thursday, October 26, 2023, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., and will resume on Friday, October 27, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service. Funeral services will be in the Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home, on Friday, October 27, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. with Bro. Matthew Hiatt officiating. Interment will follow in Dickson County Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Cody and Wyatt Douchane, Derrick Clark, Jr., Jamesen Bledsoe, Maddox Clark, and William Opfer; and Honorary pallbearer, Brantley Rawlings.
