Jewell Ann Gentry

Jewell Ann Gentry, age 79, of Dickson, TN, passed away October 16, 2023.

Jewell was born December 10, 1943, in Dickson County, TN, to the late Edwin Jewell and Helen (Corbin) Gentry.

She was a long-time member of the First United Methodist Church in Dickson, TN. She loved sports, with her favorite teams being the Tennessee Titans, Vanderbilt Commodores, and the Atlanta Braves.  She retired from the State of Tennessee as an accountant. She also loved going and participating in the activities at the Senior Citizens Center and at F.U.M.C. Most of all she loved going to gatherings where she could be around her family. She will be missed.

She is survived by cousins, Gail Jones (Tom) Walker, Edwin (Sandy) Gentry, Dale Gentry, and Carol Gentry; and several other extended cousins.

There will be a Graveside service on Thursday, October 19, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at Dickson County Memorial Gardens.
