Jeffrey is survived by his parents Larry, and Joyce (Herd) Walker of Lyles, TN; girlfriend Debbie Carr of Lyles, TN; brother Lee Walker of Lyles, TN; as well as his sister Linda Jarboe of Fall of Rough, KY.
