Jack Stanley Conley

Jack Stanley Conley of Fairview, TN; Age 65; Passed away on Monday, October 15, 2018, at St. Thomas – West Medical Center in Nashville, TN.

He was born in Davidson County, TN on May 08, 1953 to the late Isaac Patterson Conley, Sr., and Mary Ruth (Welch) Conley.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers Donald Conley, Isaac Conley, Jr., and Ronnie Conley.

He is survived by his wife JoAnn Conley of Fairview, TN; daughters Katelyn Stephenson of Fairview, TN, Abby Mays of Springhill, TN; brothers James Conley (Kimberly), and David Conley; sisters Daisy Conley Neal, and Angela VanDeweghe (Shane); as well as nieces, and nephews.

Visitation will begin on Thursday, October 18, 2018, from 4 – 8 PM, and will continue on Friday, October 19, 2018, from 9:00 AM – until the time of services at the Fairview Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home.

Funeral services will begin at 2:00 PM on Friday, October 19, 2018, at the Fairview Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home.

Burial will follow at Wards Chapel Cemetery.
