Ida Maybelle Burgess

Mrs. Maybelle Burgess of Dickson, Tennessee passed from this life December 12, 2020 in NHC Dickson, Tennessee. She was born in Dickson, Tennessee to Doye ,and Susie Donegan on October 18,1939. Mrs. Maybell is survived by her Husband J.W. Burgess of Dickson; sons Thomas and Glenda of Fairview, William Burgess of Dickson, James Burgess of Dickson, Forrest Hickerson of Dickson Tennessee; daughters Teresa and Carl Claybrooks of Nashville, Regina Netherton of Franklin, also Cindie, Wendy, and Penelope; sister Janice McKissack of Loretta; several Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, and Great Great Grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, a daughter Cathey Marie Hickerson, also brothers Thomas Donegan, Morris Donegan, Marvin Donegan, and James Donegan; also sisters Shirley Ford and Irene Johnson. Visitation will be Saturday, December 19,2020 from 10:30 till time of services from the Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home. Funeral Service for Mrs. Ida Maybelle Burgess will begin at 2 PM with burial to follow at the Gilliam Cemetery in Dickson, Tn.
