Howard Kenneth (Mitch) Mitchell

Howard Kenneth (Mitch) Mitchell, 72 years of age, passed away on June 5, 2023, at his residence in Cumberland Furnace, TN.

Mitch was born November 15, 1950, in Charlotte, North Carolina to the late James Carrol and Veta Vernalene (Thompson) Mitchell.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Charles Mitchell. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Teresa Mitchell; stepdaughters, Andrea (Justin) Hayes and Alicia Moore (Jesse Thompson); brother, Ron (Cindy) Mitchell; sister, Janice Mitchell; and three grandchildren, Emily, Zachary, and Caleb.

A Memorial service will be held at Dickson Funeral Home on Thursday, June 8, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. with a visitation beginning at 3:00 p.m. until the hour of service.  Bro. Randy Franklin will be officiating. An Inurnment will take place on June 17, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. in Rock Church Cemetery.
