Helen Leslie Verchota

Helen Leslie Verchota of Nunnelly, TN; Age 67; Passed away on Tuesday, June 26, 2018, at her residence.

She was born in Nashville, TN on April 25, 1951, to the late Mr. & Mrs. James, and Christine (Sims) Wright.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband James Louis Verchota, Sr.; sisters Nora Morris, and Jeneice Garland; brother Barry Wright.

She is survived by her son James Louis “Jimbo” Verchota, Jr. of Nunnelly, TN; daughters Jan Hand, and Judy Verchota both of Ashland City, TN; brother Joe Daniel Wright (Mary); sisters Neta Lee, and Jenny Whittaker; grandchildren Kayla Marie Morgan, Shelby Daniella Hand, Timothy Ethan Hand, Lexie Dawn Clinard, Devin Eugene Clinard; great-granddaughter Madison Marie Hughes; as well as many nieces, and nephews.

Visitation will begin on Sunday, July 01, 2018 from 4 – 8 PM, and will continue on Monday, July 02, 2018 from 10:00 AM – until the time of services at the Fairview Chapel.

Funeral services will begin at 1:00 PM on Monday, July 02, 2018 from the Fairview Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home.
