Frances Stephens

Frances Stephens, age 78, of Charlotte, TN, passed away July 22, 2020 at her residence. Frances was born March 19, 1942 in Blountville, TN, to the late Isaac Paul and Margaret Kate (Hensley) Rodefer. She is survived by her husband, Bob Stephens of Charlotte, TN; two sons, Robert (Rob) S. Stephens, Jr. of White Bluff, TN and Daniel (Jill) Stephens of Hendersonville, TN; two daughters, Sandra Stephens of Charlotte, TN, and Laura Stephens (Mike) Council of Charlotte, TN; two sisters, Christine Lawrence and Sue Jones, both of Blountville, TN; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, Robert Burris Rodefer; and a sister, Elizabeth Ann Stratton. Visitation will be Friday, July 24, 2020 from 11:00 until time of service at Dickson Funeral Home & Cremation Center. Funeral services will be Friday, July 24, 2020 at noon in the Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home & Cremation Center, with a burial to follow at Union Cemetery.
