Douglas Tidwell

Douglas Tidwell, age 82, of White Bluff, TN, passed away Nov. 21, 2020 at Skyline Hospital in Nashville, TN. Douglas was born July 3, 1938 in Williamson County, TN, to the late Homer Clyde and Izella (Owens) Tidwell. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Tidwell of White Bluff, TN; a son, Carlton Douglas Tidwell of Nashville, TN; three step-sons, Bruce Vaughn, Jason Vaughn, and James Vaughn; three daughters, Cathy Arleen Lee of Fairview, TN, Rosetta Mae (Don) Richards of Dickson, TN, and Sharon Virginia Maghami of Nashville, TN; three brothers, Roy Lee Tidwell of Nashville, TN, Gerald Tidwell of Fairview, TN, and Thomas Tidwell of Franklin, TN; a sister, Odessa Norvell of Lyles, TN; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Morris Wayne Tidwell and Benjamin Tidwell; two sisters, Geneva Pack and Annie Ruth Tidwell. Visitation will be Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2020 at Dickson Funeral Home from 9:00 until 10:30 a.m. followed by a service with a burial to follow to Hudgins Cemetery in Fairview, TN.
