Dorothy Gail Richards Martin

Ms. Dorothy Gail Martin of Charlotte passed away on Sunday, June 21, 2020 Ms. Martin was born on November 1, 1953 in Rockwood, TN to the late Joseph Howard and Sarah (Adams) Howard. Dorothy is survived by her husband Charles Martin, her son Ronald (Tammy) Richards of Kingston Springs, TN; daughter Stephanie (Martin) Johnson of Clarksville, TN; brother Joseph Howard of Alexandria, TN; sisters, Sandra Bateman of Murfreesboro, TN, Delores Hartley of Vanleer, TN and Tammy Heggie of Burns, TN; 6 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents Dorothy was preceded in death by her son, Douglas Gene Richards and her brother Roger Dale Howard. Visitation with the family will be held on Wednesday June 24, 2020 at Dickson Funeral Home from 11:00am - 3:00pm. Service will be in the chapel of Dickson Funeral Home at 3:00pm with burial to follow at Petway Cemetery in Ashland City.
