Dorothy Mai Hester

Dorothy Mai Hester, age 79, of White Bluff, TN, passed away February 17, 2021 at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville,TN. Dorothy was born February 22, 1941 in Dickson County, TN, to the late Malcolm Johnson and Callie Louise Goodman. She is survived by two sons, Dennis (Debbie) Daugherty of Dickson, TN, and Danny (Elizabeth) Daugherty of White Bluff, TN; two daughters, Neva (Ray) Joslin of White Bluff, TN, and Reba (Chris) Swaw of Burns, TN; two sisters, Bobbie England of White Bluff, TN, and Linda (Tom) Miller of Cumberland Furnace, TN; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by, a son, Scotty Daugherty; sister, Daisy Mainer; and two brothers, Harold Johnson and Douglas Johnson. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at the White Bluff Chapel at 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Funeral services will be Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at the White Bluff Chapel at noon, with Bro. David Davidson officiating; with a burial to follow to Liberty Cemetery.
