Curtis Wade Clark

  Curtis Wade Clark – Age 41 Passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2019, at Macon County Community Hospital. He is preceded in death by his grand Parents, brother Roger Clark, and a niece and nephew. He is survived by his parents Mr. David Clark and Mrs. Angela (Hutcherson ) Clark of Fairview, TN, a brother Thomas Jones of Fairview, TN, and sister Stacy Clark of Nashville, TN, and a daughter Aspen Bradford.  Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 27, 2019, from our Fairview Chapel from 3-8pm, and on Thursday, March 28, 2019, from 9 till the time of services.
