Charles Allen Hailey of Lyles, TN; Age 52; Passed away on Wednesday, October 10, 2018, at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN.

He was born in Robertson County, TN on April 25, 1966, to Homer Hailey, and Mary Alice Jones.

He was preceded in death by his father Homer Hailey, as well as his grandmother Mary Elizabeth Hailey.

Mr. Hailey is survived by his mother Mary Alice Jones of Coopertown, TN; significant other Melinda Hailey of Lyles, TN; son Michael Allen Hailey (Melissa); daughter Samantha Hailey Earles (Mason); step-children Kayla Nichole, Kyle Cook, Cody, and Jeff Sargent, Katherine Moore, and Lae Lae Jewel Merrow; brothers Richard, and John Jones; as well as his grandchildren Kobe, and Bella Merrow.
