Charles Albert Adcock

Charles Albert Adcock, age 90, passed away on Saturday, June 15, 2019 at NHC Dickson.  Mr. Adcock was born September 19, 1928 in Dickson County to the late George Thomas and Pearley (Mangrum) Adcock. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, Edward Adcock, Ray Adcock, and Homer Adcock; and sisters Louise Anderson and Vera Mai Taylor. Mr. Adcock is survived by his wife, Annie G. Adcock of Fairview, TN; two sons, William T. (Teresa) Adcock of Fairview, TN and Michael L. Adcock of Dickson, TN;  a daughter Doris Austin of Fairview, TN; a sister, Wanda Martin of Fairview, TN; four grandchildren, William T. Adcock, Jr., Stephanie A. Weaver, Greg (Jennifer) Sullivan, and Thomas Mayton; six great-grandchildren, Dylan Weaver, Trinity Adcock, Natalie Weaver, Lexie Sullivan, Cameron Sullivan, and Devin Sullivan; and one great-great-grandson, Gage Tucker Sullivan. Visitation for Mr. Adcock will be on Monday, June 17, 2019 at the Dickson Funeral Home in Fairview, TN, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Tuesday, June 18, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. There will be a Graveside service at Jane Jones Cemetery in Fairview, TN beginning at 11:00 a.m. Arrangements by Dickson Funeral Home.
