Carney Frank Sensing

Carney Frank Sensing, age 81 of Charlotte, TN, passed away Thursday, June 13, 2019 at NHC Healthcare of Dickson, TN. Mr. Sensing was born July 13, 1937 in Dickson County, TN to the late Kelly and Mildred (Duke) Sensing.  In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Robert W. Sensing; and his nephew, Robert Frank Sensing. Mr. Sensing is survived by two sons, Todd (Jodi) Sensing of Burns, TN; John (Joy) Sensing of Clarksville, TN; a brother Arnold Clifford “Tookie” (Betty) Sensing of Charlotte, TN; four grandchildren; Sidney Grace Sensing of Clarksville, TN, and Dustin (Cassie) Sensing, Jack Richard Sensing, and Max Carney Sensing of Burns, TN; and three great-grandchildren, Keely Sensing, Brooklyn Sensing, and Easton Sensing of Burns, TN. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association. Visitation is Friday, June 14, 2019 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Dickson Funeral Home. Visitation will resume on Saturday, June 15, 2019 from 12:00 until the time of service.  Services will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home, with the burial immediately following at Greenwood Cemetery in Charlotte, TN.
