Carmen Davisson Provost

Carmen Davisson Provost, 28 years of age, of Fairview, TN, passed away May 24, 2023.

She was born January 17, 1995, in Franklin, Tn, to Donald G. and Jennifer (Jones) Davisson.

Carmen was an intelligent, quick-witted, and selfless person. She was a dog lover, who loves to write and watch horror movies. She was a 2013 graduate of Fairview High School and a graduate of Belmont University, earning a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in film studies. She was greatly loved and will be missed by many.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Donald E. and Lee Davisson, and maternal grandparents, Dudley and Jean Jones. Those left to cherish her memory are her parents, Donald G. and Jennifer Davisson of Fairview, TN; brother, Zane Davisson of Nashville, TN; uncle, Ricky (Leslie) Jones; aunts, Sonja (Garry) McCord, Mary (Tony) Virgin, and Beth (Dan) Evans; cousins, Erin Jones, Julie Jones (David) Tokarz, Krista (Scotty) Scott, Watson (Paula) McCord, Tyler (Justine) Virgin, Katie (Mark) Sutton, Claire (Trey) Stai, Sara Evans Kerecman, and Heidi (Jay) Blaisdell; special friends, Ian Carson and Madison Dryden; and her beloved fur babies, Scoobers and Digby.

A Celebration of Life will be Saturday, May 27, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at Fairview Church of Christ, 2001 Fairview Blvd, Fairview, TN. Visitation with the family will begin at 11:00 until the hour of service at 1:00 p.m.
