Betty Jo Callis

Betty Jo Callis, age 74, of Dickson, TN, passed away January 30, 2021 at her residence. Betty was born October 31, 1946 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN, to the late Robert Bishop. She is survived by two sons, Tracy Callis of Dickson, TN, and Tony (Karen) Callis of Clarksville,TN; daughter, Vanessa (Lewis) Orcutt of Dickson, TN; brother, Buddy Bishop; six grandchildren, Dustin, Michael Wayne, Autumn, Kenny, Alicia, and Chris; and several great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Maxey Callis; son, Troy Callis; brother, Robert Bishop, Jr., and two sisters, Rebecca Bishop and Darlene Drury. Visitation with the family will be at Dickson Funeral Home, Tuesday, February 2, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. A Memorial service will be Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home.
