She was born on December 20, 1981, in Davidson County, TN; to Jackie Lee Underwood, and Barbara Jean (Hayes).

Angela is survived by her father Jackie Lee Underwood of Fairview, TN; mother Barbara Hayes of Fairview, TN; sons Everett Turner, IV, and Jackson Underwood both of Fairview, TN; daughter Shelby West of Fairview, TN; sisters Kelly David-Lopez, and Lisa Turner; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will begin on Friday, October 12, 2018, from 10:00 AM – until the time of services at the Fairview Chapel.

Funeral services will begin at 1:00 PM on Friday, October 12, 2018, at the Fairview Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home.

Burial will follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens at 2:30 PM.
