Alma Molene Tummins

August 13, 1925 — March 4, 2019

Mrs. Alma Molen Tummins, age 93 of McEwen, passed away March 4, 2019 at the NHC Healthcare Center of Dickson.  She was born August 13, 1925 to Albert and Mary Viola Watkins in Humphreys County, Tennessee.   Survivors include: daughters Linda McGhee of McEwen and Mary “Tincy” Crisel (Willie); brother Bob Watkins (Louise) of Ooltewah; Great Great GrandDog Titan; (6) grandchildren PeeWee, Julie, Sissy, Chrissy, J.R., and Scott; (15) great grandchildren Mackensie, Izabella “Ida Bell”, Tyler, Octavia “K.K.”, Treyton, Icie, Andrew, Dakota, Rikki, Madi, Matthew, Ethan, Erynn, Andy, and Gunnar; (5) great great grandchildren Harley, Kenzie, Anthony, Nick, and Skyler.   Besides her parents, Mrs. Tummins is preceded in death by her husband John Abe Tummins, brother Albert Watkins, infant James Lewis Watkins, and sisters Shirley Watkins Long and Mary Watkins Long.   She was a member of the Hurricane Creek Freewill Baptist Church.   Visitation will be Wednesday, March 6th, from 2-8 pm and Thursday, March 7th, from 10 am until time of service.  Funeral Service will be Thursday, March 7th, from the Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home beginning at 2 pm.  Burial will follow in the Fews Chapel Cemetery.   Arrangements by Dickson Funeral Home and Cremation Center.
