Albert Dale Collins, Jr

Albert Dale Collins, Jr., 71 years of age, of Dickson, TN, passed away on May 13, 2023, at his residence.

Albert was born August 3, 1951, in Hickman County, TN, to the late Albert Dale and Rosetta (Haskins) Collins.

Albert loved helping people and had many friends. He was a hard worker, dependable, and loyal. He was dedicated to his faith as a Jehovah’s Witness and loved participating in the ministry. He loved being outside, whether he was mowing the grass, tending to the garden, or riding a tractor; he was happy.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings, Vernon Collins, Garland Collins, Patsy Nolen, and Linda Darling. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 47 years, Joy Collins; children, Jimmy (Haley) Collins of Dickson, TN, Angie (Jason) Elkins of Clarksville, TN, Emily (Brian) Asher of Hannibal, Missouri, Abigail Collins of Dickson, TN, and Ronald Collins of New York; nine grandchildren, Brittany, Coty, Brandon, Faith, Logan, Jackson, Kayla, Riley, and Brock; and seven great-grandchildren.

Albert’s wishes were to be cremated.

A Memorial Service will be Saturday, May 20, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 1055 Hwy 70 West, Dickson, TN 37055.
