Beverly Ann Phillips

Beverly Ann Phillips, age 80 passed away on Friday, March 23rd, 2018 at her residence in Bon Aqua, TN.  She was born in Fairhaven, MA on December 20th, 1937 to the late Frank and Rose Silva Bartlett.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by two brothers, Frank Bartlett, Jr. and Jimmy Bartlett. She is survived by her husband, Eddie Lee Phillips of Bon Aqua; two sons, Gary Lee Phillips (Deborah) of Bon Aqua, David Phillips of Primm Springs; two sisters, Rose Mary Nagel and Linda Tulley of Fresno, CA; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.  A memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 29th, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the Fairview Baptist Church on Givens Road in Fairview.   Visitation with the family will begin at 10:00 a.m. until time of service.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to St Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
