Daniel Cole Batson of Cumberland Furnace, TN; Age 82; Passed away on Friday, February 12, 2018 at his residence. He was born in Dickson County, TN on February 03, 1936 to the late Mr. & Mrs. Gideon Cook and Laura Lavannah (Vaughn) Batson. He is survived by his special nieces and nephews Laura Ann Batson, Deborah Corbin, Barbara Dawson, and Jeff Bott; great nephews Preston Farmer, and Chris Bott; brother Willie Batson; as well as his sister Geneva Ann Bott.Visitation will begin at 1:00 PM on February 16, 2018 at the Mt. Zion United Methodist Church. A memorial service will be held on February 16, 2018 at 3 PM at the Mt. Zion United Methodist Church in Cunningham, TN.
