Jesse Woodrow Spicer

October 25, 1936 — February 7, 2018

Jesse Woodrow Spicer, age 81 passed away on Wednesday, February 7th, 2018 in Franklin, TN.  He was born on October 25th, 1936 in Fairview to the late Jim Wiley and Mary Deal Spicer.  In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his first wife, Evelyn Hunter; sisters Louise Odom and Delores Brazzell; brother Roger Spicer, and grandchild Jamie Raymer. He is survived by his former spouse, Linda Spicer; four sons, Justin Spicer (Renee), Wilfred Spicer, James Spicer, John Spicer; four daughters, Sherlene Spicer (Greg), Jessica Millican (Mark), Kim Beard, Roxanne Yarlett; two brothers, Bill Spicer (Min), Bobby Spicer (Liz); and two sisters, Carolyn Choate and Patsy Smithson.  He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 10th at 3:00 p.m. from the Fairview Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home.  Visitation with the family will begin at 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
