Imogene Anderson

Imogene Anderson, age 87 passed away on Friday, December 29, 2017 at NHC Healthcare in Dickson, TN.  She was born in Hickman County, TN on Jul 29th, 1930 to the late Austin and Lorene (Petty) Petty.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, James Anderson; brother Donnie Petty and sister Kathleen Dunn. She is survived by two sons, Terry Anderson (Sandy) of Cumberland Furnace, and Dean Anderson of Dickson; daughter Phyllis England (Dale) of White Bluff; two brothers James Petty and Bobby Petty (Virginia); two sisters, Mary Ruth Donegan and Barbara Dunn (Pitts); four grandchildren and seven soon to be eight great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 3rd, 2018 at 12:30 p.m. from the Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Redden Cemetery.  Visitation with the family will begin on Tuesday, January 2nd from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and again on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
