Loretta Gray

Loretta Gray, age 79 passed away on Sunday, November 12th, 2017 at her residence in Dickson.  She was born on August 10th, 1938 to the late Bud and Elsie Mae (Glasner) Ashworth.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a son Wesley Edward Gray; sisters Pauline Vineyard and Aline Henry; brother Buford Wayne Ashworth and three infant siblings. She is survived by her husband, Wesley Gray, Jr. of Dickson; son Kenneth Wayne Gray (Bernadette) of Dickson;  daughters Deborah Jane Martin (Ralph) of Dickson and Elsie Jean LaCasse (Detlef) of Pinewood, and honorary daughter Angel McPherson; sisters Mary Frances Donegan and Lillie Mae Hampton of Dickson.  She is also survived by five grandchildren,  Chase Gray, Amy Kendall, Amanda Martin, Jonathan LaCasse, Emily Mobley;  eight great-grandchildren, Lexi and Neil Nolen, Samantha Martin, Nicholas Hassell, Maddie and Faith LaCasse, Wesley and Emma Jean Mobley; and three great-great grandchildren, Michael Edward Nolen, Olivia Burnsed, and Harlie Hammond.  Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 15th, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home with Brother Donnie Craig officiating.  Interment to follow at Union Cemetery.  Visitation with the family will begin on Tuesday, November 14th from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
