Lockie Mae Miniat

Lockie Hartman Miniat, 68, died August 17th, 2017 at her home in Fairview, TN. Her funeral service will be held at Andrew Johnson National Cemetery in Greeneville, TN at 3p.m. on Friday, September 8th, 2017. Lockie was born on September 7th, 1948 in Knoxville, TN to W.W. “Bill” and Hancel Hartman of Mosheim, TN. She and her husband Richard ‘Dick’ Miniat, Sr. owned a rental store in Marietta, Georgia for a number of years and she was an active member of St. Jude’s Episcopal Church in Smyrna. She raised two sons, Richard Miniat, Jr. of Fairivew, TN and Jonathan Miniat of Franklin, NC. She is preceded in death by both parents and her husband of 43 years. She is survived by her two sisters, Carol Clarke of Atlanta, GA and Cathy Fetter of Wilmington, NC as well as her sons, Rick and Jon and 8 grandchildren, Weslea, Ashlyn, Olivia, Will, Alexis, Hannah, Jonty and Sylvia.
