Emma Lee Pewitt

Emma Lee Pewitt of Fairview, TN; age 78; passed away on Wednesday, June 07, 2017 at her residence. She was born in Williamson County, TN on June 26, 1938 to the late Mr. & Mrs. Roger Thomas and Nancy Lou (Kennedy) Wright.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband,  Reece Pewitt; lifetime companion Buddy Ivey; son Larry Nall; as well as her sisters Rosie Conley, and Betty Sisk. Mrs. Pewitt is survived by her sons Kevin Pewitt (Kim), and Jimmy Nall both of Fairview, TN; daughter Janet Brown (Doug) of Fairview, TN; sisters Pauline Tucker, Anniebell Harrison, Janice Brownfield, Rachel Brownfield, and Frankie Pewitt; grandchildren Crystal, Stephen, Emily, and Shawna; great grandchildren Layton, Chelsea, Kaylee, Brianna, Nathan, Eva, and Jackson; great great grandchildren Lewis, Mason, and Madison; as well as her special friend Mildred Kennedy. Visitation will be on Friday, June 09, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.  and will continue on Saturday, June 10, 2017 from 10 a.m.  until time of services. Funeral services will begin on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the Fairview Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home with Brother Larry Tidwell officiating.
