Kenneth James Porter; of Charlotte, TN; Age 33; Passed away on Sunday, July 3, 2016 at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson, TN. Mr. Porter was born on Saturday, July 2, 1983 at Baptist Hospital in Nashville, TN to Mr. James Dean & Mary (Soto) Porter. Mr. Porter is survived by his maternal grandmother Clotilde Gray of La Habra, CA; paternal grandparents Donnie & Lilly Porter of Ashland City, TN; mother Mary Porter of Charlotte, TN; son Brandon Porter of Charlotte, TN; daughter Braelynn Porter of Charlotte, TN; brothers Raymond Hazzard, Jr. of Dickson, TN, Charles Porter of Murray, KY, Ronnie Hazzard of Dickson, TN, Jeffery Hazzard of Dickson, TN, and Matthew Porter of Nashville, TN; sisters Jennifer Porter of San Bernardino, CA, and Christy Harris (Joshua) of Nashville, TN. He was preceded in death by his father James Dean Porter, as well as his step-father Raymond Hazzard. The visitation for Mr. Porter will be held on Saturday, July 9, 2016 from 12 – 8 PM & on Sunday, July 10, 2016 11:30 – 2:00 PM at The Dickson Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, July 10, 2016 beginning at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Dickson County Memorial Gardens.
