John Walker Fulghum

John Walker Fulghum, age 65 passed way on June 13th, 2016 at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville.  He was born in Davidson County to the late James and Alice Ferrell Fulghum on July 28th, 1950.  He was employed by Richland Health Care Center for twenty years.
