Charles Alexander Goad, II; of Fairview, TN; Age 55; Passed away on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at St. Thomas Mid-Town Medical Center of Nashville, TN.   Mr. Goad is survived by his wife Rebecca Decker of Fairview; sons Charles Alexander Goad, III of Fairview, TN, and Stephen Goad of Evansville, IN; step-sons Brnadon Decker of San Diego, CA, and Blayne Decker of Fairview, TN; brother Steve Collins of Evansville, IN; as well as his 5 grandchildren.   He was preceded in death by his parents Charles A. & Vetris (Edward) Goad, Sr.; as well as his brother Larry Collins.   The Visitation is Friday, June 3, 2016 from 2 - 4 PM from the Fairview Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home.   The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, June 3, 2016 beginning at 4:00 PM at the Fairview Chapel.   Arrangements entrusted to Dickson Funeral Home & Cremation Center.   Online condolences may be left at www.dicksonfuneralhome.com
