Hazel "Fuqua" Myatt

Ms. Hazel Fuqua Myatt; Age 88; Passed away on May 22, 2016 at NHC Healthcare Facility in Dickson, TN. She is survived by her son Carl Wayne Fuqua (Peggy) of Dickson, TN; daughter Patricia Fortner (John) of Trenton, TN; brothers William Burgess of White House, TN, and Don Burgess (Connie) of Nashville, TN; sisters Christine Dunlap of Dickson, TN, Frances Wall of Sylvia, TN, and Wanda Hayes (Tom) of Dickson, TN as well as her five grandchildren Sherry Fendley (Tom), Amber Blue (Matt), Katie Singer (Storm), Candace Yates (Alan), and Emily Hill (Josh); and six great grandchildren. Ms. Myatt was preceded in death by her first husband and father of her children Wilbert Fuqua, her second husband Glen Myatt, sister Alma Hopper, as well as her brothers Dewey Burgess, Jr., and Glenn Burgess. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 25, 2016 from 11:00 AM until 1:30 PM. Graveside service will be held at Fuqua Cemetery, Arrangements entrusted to Dickson Funeral Home & Cremation Center.
