Douglas Ray Johnson

Douglas Ray Johnson, age 72 passed away on Thursday, February 4th in White Bluff, TN. He was born in Dickson County on November 8th, 1943 to the late Malcolm Johnson and Callie Goodman Johnson, Sr. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a brother Harl Johnson and a sister Daisy Bell Manier.He is survived by a son, John Derek Johnson of White Bluff; daughter Sonya Thomas (Joseph) of Dickson; brother Malcolm Johnson, Jr. of Fairview; three sisters, Bobbie Jean England of White Bluff, Dorothy Mai Hester of White Bluff, and Linda Lou Miller of Cumberland Furnace. He is also survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the White Bluff Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home On Tuesday, February 9th at 1:00 p.m. with Brother Donnie Hutchison officiating. Interment will follow at the Williams Cemetery. Visitation with the family will begin on Monday, February 8th from 12:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Tuesday, from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
