Billy Henry Oliphant age 74 of Fairview passed away July 13, 2015 at NHC in Dickson Mr. Oliphant is preceded in death by parents Henry and Ruth (White0 Oliphant and brothers Eugene, Arlie, Leechy, John, Jesse and Harry Oliphant. Mr. Oliphant is survived by Exwife and longtime friend Anna Belle Harrison, Daughter Tammy Ivey, Brother Allen Oliphant, Sister Bertha Martin and one grandchild Ricci Ivey. Visitation with the family will be Thursday July 16, 2015 from 3pm until 8pm at The Fairview Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home.
