Ethel Murphy Reeves

Mrs. Ethel Reeves, age 81 of Dickson, passed away at her residence. She was the former executive secretary for Travelers Insurance and a member of the Kedron United Methodist Church. Survivors include two sisters, Henrietta Foster of Cumberland Furnace and Evelyn Frazier of Knoxville. There are several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Moulton Reeves, brother Hubert W. Murphy, and sisters Anna Belle Stokes, Mildred Murphy, and Kate Ann Sands. Visitation will take place at the Dickson Funeral Home on Thursday, Jan. 22nd, from 4-8 PM and Friday, Jan. 23rd, from 12 Noon until time of service. Funeral Services will be Friday, Jan. 23rd, beginning at 2 PM with Bro. Earl Reeves and Rev. Tom Barger officiating. Burial will follow in the Nichols Cemetery.
