Darrell N. Flynt

Darrell N. Flynt, age 85 of Bon Aqua, passed away on Wednesday, March 4th, at Alive Hospice of St. Thomas Hospital. Survivors include his wife, Vernelle Flynt; three sons, Jimmy (DeVonna) Flynt, Randy (Ruth) Flynt, and Nathan Flynt; two daughters, Joy Gunter and Suzi (Scotty) McClaugherty. Two sisters include Evelyn Alsup and Jackie Conway. There are nine grandchildren, three step grandchildren, and thirteen great grandchildren. Mr. Flynt proudly served his country in the United States Air Force (1941-45) during World War II. Funeral Services will be Friday, March 6th, from the Fairview Church of Christ. His body will be taken to Fort Sam Houston Military Cemetery in San Antonio, Texas for burial with full military rights.
